Commissioner’s Invitation to Participate in Regional Meetings on the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Accountability System

The New York State Education Department is holding training on the accountability provisions of  New York State’s ESSA Plan for district superintendents, superintendents, and charter school administrators in May and June of 2018.  Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to the Chief Charter School Administrator and Data Specialist for each charter school.

A separate session for New York City public school educators will be conducted in June in collaboration with the New York City Department of Education.
