First Notice – The SUNY Trustees have received the following revision request:

KIPP Freedom Charter School is located at 2246 Jerome Avenue, Bronx, NY 10453 and 1825 Prospect Avenue, Bronx, NY 10457 in Community School Districts 10 and 12 and is chartered to serve 810 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment revision to serve 555 students in grades K-2 and 6-8 for the 2023-24 school year with the students to have been served in grades 3-5 to be accommodated by KIPP Bronx Charter School II.

The SUNY Trustees, or their designees, the SUNY Charter Schools Committee, anticipate consideration of this request as soon as June 14, 2023.
