Harlem Prep Charter School

First Notice – The SUNY Trustees have received the following revision application:

Democracy Prep New York Charter Schools, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one charter school, has requested the following enrollment revision:

• Harlem Prep Charter School, located at 101-111 West 116^th, NY, NY, 10026, 232 East 103^rd St., NY, NY 10029, and 240 East 123^rd St., NY, NY 10035 in Community School Districts (“CSD”) 3 and 4, is chartered to serve 765 students in grades 3-12 for the 2024-25 school year growing to serve 862 students in grades 3-12 for the 2028-29 school year, the final year of the current charter term.  The school requests an enrollment revision to serve 809 students in grades K-12 for the 2024-25 school year growing to serve 843 students in grades K-12 by the 2028-29 school year.
