Brilla College Preparatory Charter Schools

Final Notice – The following charter revision has been approved by operation of law.

Brilla College Preparatory Charter Schools, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one school, requested the following enrollment revision.

• Brilla Pax Charter School is located at 2336 Andrews Avenue, Bronx, NY 10468 in CSD 10 and is chartered to serve 360 students in grades K-3 for the 2023-24 school year and 450 students in grades K-4 in the 2024-25 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment decrease to serve 279 students in grades K-3 for the 2023-24 school year and 366 students in grades K-4 for the 2024-25 school year.

The SUNY Charter Schools Institute, as the SUNY Trustees’ designee: 1) received the revision application on or about August 31, 2023, 2) approved the revision on December 13, 2023, and 3) the revision was approved by operation of law on or about April 17, 2024.
