Final Notice – The following charter revision has been approved by operation of law:

Manhattan Charter Schools, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one charter school, requested the following enrollment revision:

• Manhattan Charter School II, located at 220 Henry Street, New York, NY 10002, in CSD 1, is chartered to serve 145 students in grades K-5 through the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested to phase out the elementary program and add a middle school program, allowing a full K-8 program between Manhattan Charter School and Manhattan Charter School II. The school proposed to serve 145 students in grades 2-6 for the 2024-25 school year and growing to serve 215 students in grades 4-8 by the 2026-27 school year.

The SUNY Trustees: 1) received the revision application on or about December 15, 2023, 2) approved the revision on March 27, 2024, and 3) the renewal was approved by operation of law on or about July 24, 2024.
