Final Notice – The following charter revision has been approved by operation of law.

Amber Charter Schools, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one school, sought to add an at-risk preference to its admissions policies for the elementary program at Amber Charter School Kingsbridge, located at 3120 Corlear Avenue, Bronx, NY 10463 in CSD 10, for the 2024-25 school year and beyond providing a preference for students with disabilities entering in grades K-2.

The SUNY Charter Schools Institute, as the SUNY Trustees’ designee: 1) received the revision application on or about August 15, 2023, 2) approved the revision on December 13, 2023, and 3) the revision was approved by operation of law on or about April 3, 2024.
