BRICK Buffalo Academy Charter School

Final Notice – The following charter revision has been approved by operation of law.

BRICK Buffalo Academy Charter School is located at 30 Rich Street, Buffalo, NY 14211 in the Buffalo City School District and is chartered to serve 162 students in grades K-1 for the 2023-24 school year and growing to serve 486 students in grades K-5 for the 2027-28 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment decrease to serve 56 students in grades K-1 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 340 students in grades K-5 for the 2027-28 school year.  The SUNY Charter Schools Institute, as the SUNY Trustees’ designee: 1) received the revision application on or about November 13, 2023; 2) approved the revision on January 30, 2024; and 3) the revision was approved by the operation of law on or about August 23, 2024.
