Success Academy Charter Schools – NYC, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one charter school, requested the following enrollment revisions:
Success Academy Charter School – Bed Stuy 3, located at 92-53 Springfield Boulevard, Queens, NY 11428 and 787 Lafayette Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11221 in CSDs 29 and 16, respectively, is chartered to serve 385 students in grades 2-3 and 5-8 for the 2024-25 school year growing to serve 565 students in grades K-3 and 5-8 for the 2025-26 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 407 students in grades 2-8 for the 2024-25 school year growing to serve 587 students in grades K-8 by the 2025-26 school year.
Success Academy Charter School – Harlem 4, located at 240 West 113th Street, New York, NY 10026 in CSD 3, is chartered to serve 321 students in grades K-4 for the 2024- 25 through 2026-27 school years, the remainder of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 450 students in grades K-7 for the 2024-25 school year growing to serve 526 students in grades K-8 by the 2026-27 school year.
Success Academy Charter School – Washington Heights, located at 701 Fort Washington Avenue, New York, NY 10040 and 461 West 131st Street, New York, NY 10027 in CSDs 6 and 5, respectively, is chartered to serve 715 students in grades K-7 for the 2024-25 school year growing to serve 790 students in grades K-8 by the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 536 students in grades K-5 for the 2024-25 through 2026-27 school years.
Success Academy Charter School – Rosedale, located at 147-65 249th Street, Queens, NY 11422 and 109-55 128th Street, Queens, NY 11420 in CSDs 29 and 28, respectively, is chartered to serve 1,124 students in grades K-8 for the 2024-25 through 2026-27 school years, the remainder of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 1,124 students in grades K-4 and 6-8 for the 2024-25 through 2026-27 school years.
Success Academy Charter School – NYC 5, to be located in CSD 13 (Brooklyn), is chartered to serve 190 students in grades K-1 for the 2024-25 school year growing to serve 675 students in grades K-5 by the 2028-29 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested to move to CSD 11 (Bronx) and an enrollment revision to serve 50 students in grade K for the 2024-25 through 2028-29 school years.
Success Academy Charter School – NYC 6, to be located in CSD 14, is chartered to serve 190 students in grades K-1 for the 2024-25 school year growing to serve 675 students in grades K-5 by the 2028-29 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested to move to CSD 11 (Bronx) and an enrollment revision to serve 50 students in grade 1 for the 2024-25 school year growing to serve 236 students in grades 1-4 by the 2028-29 school year.

The school requested to move to CSD 10 (Bronx) and an enrollment revision to serve 85 students in grades K-1 for the 2024-25 school year growing to serve 280 students in grades K-4 by the 2028-29 school year.
Success Academy Charter School – NYC 12, to be located in CSD 24, is chartered to serve 190 students in grades K-1 for the 2024-25 school year growing to serve 675 students in grades K-5 by the 2028-29 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested to move to CSD 8 (Bronx) and an enrollment revision to serve 73 students in grade 5 for the 2024-25 school year growing to serve 292 students in grades 5-8 by the 2028-29 school year.

Girls Preparatory Charter School of the Bronx is located at 381 Kelly Street, Bronx, NY 10455, 890 Cauldwell Avenue, Bronx, NY 10456, and 1160 Beach Avenue, Bronx, NY 10472 in CSDs 8 and 12 and is chartered to serve 812 students in grades K-10 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 867 students in grades K-11 for the 2024-25 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment decrease to serve 608 students in grades K-5 and 9-11 for the 2024-25 school year. The middle school students will be served under Girls Preparatory Charter School of the Bronx II.
Girls Preparatory Charter School of the Bronx II is located at 124 Eames Place, Bronx, NY 10468 in CSD 10 and is chartered to serve 416 students in grades K-3 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 520 students in grades K-4 for the 2024-25 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 361 students in grades K-8 for the 2024-25 school year.

New Visions Charter High School for Advanced Math and Science and New Visions Charter High School for the Humanities contracted with New Visions for Public Schools, Inc., a New York not-for-profit corporation, to manage certain business and academic-related services. The education corporations requested to cease their relationship with New Visions for Public Schools, Inc., effective June 30, 2024 and transition all applicable responsibilities to an internal shared services team. New Visions Charter High School for Advanced Math and Science requested to be renamed “United Charter High School for Advanced Math and Science” and New Visions Charter High School for the Humanities requested to be renamed “United Charter High School for the Humanities.” The SUNY Charter Schools Institute, as the SUNY Trustees’ designee: 1) received the revision application on or about December 15, 2023, and 2) approved the revision on July 11, 2024.
