First Notice – The SUNY Trustees have received the following revision application:

Family Life Academy Charter Schools, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one school, requests the following revision:

• Family Life Academy Charter School III, located at 370 Gerard Avenue, Bronx, NY 10451 in CSD 7, is chartered to serve 260 students in grades K-5 for the 2024-25 through 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment decrease to serve 204 students in grades K-5 for the 2025-26 and 2026-27 school years.

The SUNY Trustees, or their designees, the SUNY Charter Schools Committee, anticipate consideration of this application as early as June 1, 2025.
