Final Notice – The following charter revision has been approved by operation of law.

Success Academy Charter Schools – NYC, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one school, requested the following enrollment revisions:

• Success Academy Charter School – Bronx 5 Lower, located at 604 East 139^th Street, Bronx, NY 10454 in CSD 7, is chartered to serve 180 students in grades K-1 for the 2024-25 school year, growing to serve 425 students in grades K-3 by the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to 240 students in grades K-2 for the 2024-25 school year, growing to serve 640 students in grades K-4 by the 2026-27 school year.
• Success Academy Charter School – Bronx 5 Upper, located at 604 East 139^th Street, Bronx, NY 10454 in CSD 7, is chartered to serve 140 students in grades 2-4 for the 2024-25 school year, growing to serve 725 students in grades K-4 by the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 180 students in grades 3-5 for the 2024-25 school year, growing to serve 525 students in grades K-6 by the 2026-27 school year.

The SUNY Charter Schools Institute, as the SUNY Trustees’ designee: 1) received the revision application on or about August 31, 2023, 2) approved the revision on December 13, 2023, and 3) the revision was approved by operation of law on or about April 3, 2024.
