Final Notice – The following charter renewal has been approved by operation of law.

• Zeta Charter School – South Bronx is located at 425 Westchester Avenue, Bronx, New York 10455 and is chartered to serve 620 students in grades K- The school sought a five year renewal of the charter commencing August 1, 2023. The school will expand to serve 1,249 students in grades K-10. The SUNY Trustees: 1) received the renewal application on or about August 15, 2022; 2) approved the renewal on March 15, 2023; and 3) the renewal was approved by operation of law on or about July 4, 2023.
